Please note that by participating in any Top Bins Five A Side leagues, competitions and events all players agree to terms and conditions, privacy policy and league rules and regulations.

Deposits are only refundable in full on the condition that teams honour all fixtures.

Teams and individuals take part at their own risk and no liability for injury or death, other than that caused by negligence, is accepted. Individuals should arrange their own medical or other insurance policy where appropriate.

We reserve the right to exclude any player, team or organisation from any  event, competition, league or match without giving a reason.

By entering an event, competition, league or match individuals and teams accept responsibility to read the rules as distributed and abide by them.

Individuals and teams further accept that by agreeing to take part in such an event they enter into a contractual agreement to pay the agreed fee for the event, whether or not they in fact take part.

Teams and individuals should be aware that in the event of early withdrawal or expulsion from a league, no refunds will be given.

By registering with Top Bins Five A Side you unconditionally consent to photographs being taken of you and/or any person using the facilities within your party, whether pursuant to your booking or otherwise under your control. In particular this consent is on behalf of (but not limited to) children, persons under the age of 18 or those otherwise lacking in legal capacity.

For the avoidance of doubt you unconditionally consent to such photographs/images being utilised or replicated by Top Bins Five A Side in appropriate marketing, promotional or other material whether electronic or otherwise. As duly authorised adult, you give the same consent on behalf of any minors or persons under the age of 18 who accompany you to the premises and/or any person lacking in legal capacity for whom you are responsible.
